I have served on several fiduciary Boards and the way you conduct yourself is precisely what is expected of a trustee/director who is committed to good governance. What is astounding to me is the fact that your fellow trustees, including those elected by alumni, continue to rubber stamp every decision as they watch rising costs, exploding debt, and declining academic standards weaken Penn State University. I hope the alumni constituents who elected you to the board last year will rally around candidates this spring who will follow your lead in holding the university leadership accountable to the people of Pennsylvania. Thank you!
