You certainly blew the lid off the total waste of money DEI programs. PSU got mad at me 3 years ago when i told them that DEI was a total waste of money and the data would show that which it did. They cut off communication from me, even the Penn Stater Magazine despite me being a member of the Alumni Association with paid up dues. I told the different colleges i wasnt giving them a cent until they eliminated DEI as it is racist and divisive. The directors who work in DEI might be good people but this program is not needed. Since PSU has this huge deficit they could easily use the money to unload the DEI program, no body would be hurt except maybe the employees in the programs and if they are that good, they can go somewhere else to work.

Barry keep up the good work, happy 4th of July.

Respectfully,

The sad situation is reading your reports of the thorough disregard for fiduciary responsibility by the PSU BOT leaves many to feel helpless and hopeless for future governance . Reading your reports creates a sentiment of hopelessness for positive change....and honestly makes me ponder why i should support a BOT which acts more like a Cabal with actions opposite of the stated core values. Might that be a reason for such poor alumni gifting? That is the single reason for me!
