Indeed it is Diane. And this track has been going on for some time. Unbridled administrative spending, bizarre construction projects, lack of focus on teaching and research, and incredibly overpriced tuition (to pay for it all) are the legacies of the current leadership. It is time for a change - and a time for responsible governance - before it is too late. Do we really want Penn State to become a diploma mill? A business - whose sole purpose is to provide wealth and power for the administrators?
